DAYTON, OH (November 4, 2009) — Community Blood Center (CBC) invites you to the “Go Bucks-Go Blue” Blood Drive, Monday, November 9 through Saturday, November 21, 2009 at all CBC branch locations (Dayton, Springfield, Richmond, IN, Middletown, West Chester). CBC wants all blood types regardless of whether you bleed scarlet & gray or maize & blue! Everyone who registers to donate at any CBC branch location (blood drives not included) will receive a FREE limited edition Go Bucks Go Blue t-shirt! Donors are required to provide a photo ID that includes their full name. Past CBC donors are also asked to bring their CBC donor ID card. Donors must be at least 16 years of age (16 years old with parental consent: form available at www.givingblood.org or at CBC branch & blood drive locations), weigh a minimum of 110 pounds, and be in good physical health. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) changes blood donor eligibility guidelines periodically.
